Because we have moved into a townhouse, we don't have room for sprawling gardens and an acre of fruit trees. We have managed a few fruit trees despite the downsizing. The drought of the last several years took a toll on things.
As for flowers, we hope that the daylilies will be particularly brilliant with color this year. We have collected a slew of colorful iris. As the yard matures, we are moving plants around to help them take advantage of sun, protection, etc. It's not too big to with play with now.
The dogs have a small fenced in area on the side of the townhouse.
