Here is the front of the house about 2 inches before the end of the storm. The night before, it had rained quite hard. Wind was gusting to 21 mph out of the north west. At 10:00 PM, the temperature was 32.9 degrees. By 11:00 PM, it had droped to 30.7 degrees. I layed in bed and listed to the sound of rain hitting the side of the house. A moment later, the sound was pellets. And then it went silent. I should have worried more with the silence. |

Here it is after the snow as ended. I have tried to clear a part of the driveway, but quickly determined that no one was going anywhere. |
